Dear Parents,
Join us for:
Swiss in the mornings, and quads in the afternoon this weekend.
Kids get trophies with winning record, the rest get medals. Everybody will bring home trophy OR medal.
Swiss & Quads are NOT an elimination game, win or lose, players are expected to play all their game
(4 games in morning Swiss tournament, 3 games in the afternoon Quads tournament.)
Special Notice for Quads,
If you do not check in between 1:30pm and 2:00pm, they would not be paired in the tournament.

so called "rolling schedule":
consecutive rounds start as soon as previous round finish
Time Control: G/30;d5
(game in 30 minutes with 5 second delay,
one game can last up to 1 hour)
Prizes: Trophies for players with winning record,
medals to all others.

On-site Registration and MANDATORY check-in: 1:30-2pm
Players will NOT be paired if not checked in with the TD by 2pm!
