As the majority of our after-school programs are well into their Winter/Spring semester and with State Tournament Events approaching, many parents of more advanced players have been asking what options we have for their USCF 1000+ players. Please see three such options below.

WEEKEND CLUBS are weekly in-person 'drop-in' group classes that provide a great combination of casual/competitive games and quality instruction (scholastic-only). You do not need to pre-register or commit to multiple weekends; you may simply show up at any BAC club on any weekend you want and make payments at the door! We have 5 clubs active almost every weekend (in Palo Alto, Fremont, San Jose and Cupertino). Regulars may benefit from our discounted bundle option: Purchase 10 clubs for the price of 8!  More on Clubs Here.

One such Club is specifically designed for students above 800 rating, led by BAC's own Grandmaster Atanas Kolev and Coach Nataliya Koleva. This Weekend option is hosted at the BAC Office on Saturdays, 12pm-2pm.  More on that here:

BAC Online Team for 1100+

BAC Teams provide more in-depth training with Tournament play/analysis in mind. The Online Team is for Adult OR Scholastic Players that meet the minimum rating. Team registration is done on a monthly basis to register for 3 or 4 pre-scheduled Saturday classes.  See the BAC Team Page Here.
