I so hate mistakes.. very annoying.. and now I have to annoy you with a follow up email. My big apology!!!
but figured it's better to send out another email than to leave this error in...
The correct rounds times are (to account for the FIDE time control):
Saturday 9am, 1pm, 5pm and Sunday 10am, and 2pm.
My apology for the misinformation, I hope I have now the correct information of every platform.

Dear Players and Parents,
Let's have the strongest competition and select the best of the best to the Barber and Denker National Tournament of the Champions!
I hope to see an amazing line of players, and the strongest competition yet to see for this talented and unique Northern California scholastic community!
This is an invitational tournament for any CalChess members:
Denker Qualifier: any player in Grade 9-12 with rating over 2000+;
The winner of the Denker is the official Northern California representative in the Denker Tournament of High School Champions. (More info: Denker Championship)
Barber Qualifier: any player in Grade K-8 with rating over 1800+;
The winner of the Barber Qualifier is the official Northern California representative in the Barber Tournament of K-8 Champions. (More info: Barber Championship)
If any player is close to the rating minimum, please email to ask@bayareachess.com for special consideration under TD discretion.
My apologize for all the 18+ players here, who are getting this email and not qualify for this tournament.

$650 guaranteed for both Denker-, Barber Qualifier Tournaments:
$300 to CalChess Representative/1st Place
(player must attend respective National Tournament in order to receive prize)
