 Bay Area Chess is a proud affiliate of the Presidential Volunteer Service Award. Students grade 9 and above may officially help us at Camps, Clubs, Classes and Tournaments to satisfy volunteer-hour requisites or just to give back, all while qualifying for bonus awards and special recognition.

Lunch-Time Chess Programs - Help us Spread the Joy!

We know that not every school can have an afterschool Chess program and not every family could afford it if they did. As the leading non-profit chess provider, BAC can host a weekly open-play chess option during the lunch hour at your school where ALL students can be exposed to chess for supervised open-play, at no cost to families.
